Job Description
Pre-Sales
Proactively inform the sales teams on relevant information in order to generate new leads for our products and services
Delivery, installation, commissioning of medical device at the customer or during a demo process
Technical Services
Preventive maintenance on medical devices in the office
Corrective maintenance (repairs) on medical devices in the office
Preventive and corrective maintenance on medical devices at the customer
Calibration and registration of measuring tools
Analyzing repairs
After Sales
Providing technical training for customers and / or colleagues
Quality & Compliance Management
At all-time performing according company procedures

Correct processing of administration
To act diligently and according to compliance guidelines by receiving, documenting & prompt forwarding of complaints/ADRs (Adversed Drug Reactions)
Edcuation/Professional experience
MBO Technical education graduated (NL), degree of secondary school / Bachelor (BE) or equivalent by experience
MTA/B (Intop)
Minimum 3 years of technical experience on medical devices
Certificate “Basisveiligheid (B) VCA” (to be obtained within 3 months after start date)
