Marketing Coordinator

Processes and tools

• To endorse and ensure the quality of execution of all marketing processes;
• To guarantee availability of up-to-date sales tools for our marketing and sales teams;
• To secure all compliance related marketing projects and compliance related customer requests.
   

Project Coordination

• To roll out the strategic marketing and communication plan and the content calendar as a project/campaign coordinator with respect for the proposed deadlines;
• To create internal and external briefings and progress/result reports;
• To provide guidance on the effective use of communication tools and channels within a multi‑channel strategy;
• To secure the buy-in of the internal (and or external) client for all marketing output;
• To participate in events where the presence of marketing coordination adds value;
   

Marketing

• To support the Product Managers / Channel Manager with implementation/update of basic communication tools, campaigns and projects in line with the B. Braun standards & guidelines and (local) QA/RA requirements.
• To check and monitor incoming invoices and marketing expenses in line with the assigned budget for all therapy fields;
• To secure maintenance of our Product Information Management platforms and content (translations) for the website(s).
   

Event management

• To ensure a smooth & effective execution of business and campaign related events (congresses and symposia, Aesculap Academy events, CoE trips, round tables, training etc.) according to compliance guidelines.

Branding

• To collaborate with the Corporate Communications Brand Team to ensure the alignment of all communications, creations and representations are with B. Braun, Care and/or Aesculap Academy standards & corporate brand guidelines;
• To contribute pro-actively to internal communication (BKC) by providing updates on Marketing activities.

Collaboration
 

• To develop effective working relationships within the marketing department: Marketing Director, Marketing Manager, Product Managers / Channel Manager and Marketing coordinators to ensure an efficient administrative flow and communication and to find and implement solutions properly;
• Outside the marketing department, to collaborate closely with: Sales Representatives, Centre of Excellence, Customers, External partners, Compliance, ICT, QA and the Corporate Communications Brand Team, ensuring all communications and representations are relevant and in line with the B. Braun standards & corporate guidelines.
  
• Coordinate cross divisional projects needing input from several PM’s / colleagues under guidance of the marketing manager.
   

Edcuation/Professional experience

• Academic Bachelor/ HBO level in marketing and/or communications or similar through relevant experience
• Experience in campaign and multi-channel (online and offline) communication
• Experience in project-based work
• Experience in working with graphic design software & back-end interfaces

Knowledge

• Good knowledge in MS office package. 
• Proven working experience with Adobe Indesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe professional,
• SAP, Website Monitoring, Email marketing and Social Media tools. 
• Excellent written and spoken Dutch, French (for Be) and English skills. German is an asset.
• Strong understanding of customer- and market dynamics and requirements.
