Financial Business Analyst

• Creates and owns management reports out of our relevant systems.
• Identifies problems and drives actionable insights towards management by complex in-depth analytics.
• Assists on inquiries with respect to profitability and in creating financial forecasts.
• Owns relevant financial master data within the finance team and is bridge towards our IT team with respect to financial processes.
• Owns ESSA plans (Eliminate, Simplify, Standardize, Automation) of our financial processes by ensuring excellent knowledge of our financial processes and is frontrunner in the application of new technologies into our financial (reporting) processes.
• Submits monthly reports to CBS (intrastat).
• Provides training on reporting and relevant financial applications.
• Assists and advices our Sales organisation in the daily sales business and tender submissions.

Education/Professional experience

• Academic degree (fe business economics, data analytics, business administration)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in equivalent financial role.
• SAP Finance experience.
• Experience in financial reporting and related business intelligence systems (PowerBI, Qlik, Analysis for Office, PowerPivot, SQL).
• Experience within the healthcare environment is a major plus.
• Experience in Dutch care processes including AFAS/ONS is a major plus.

• Advance knowledge Microsoft Excel.
• Professional IT literacy.
• Excellent written and spoken Dutch, French (where applicable) and English skills.
• Understanding of bookkeeping – and process dynamics and requirements.
