Consultant

Business Support

• To provide clinical lessons, describing and/or demonstrating product advantages and added value of the B. Braun products to health care professionals and patients assuring active support to the Sales Representatives and Marketing team;
• To assure clinical and patient support to contract hospitals;
• To create product value informing users consistently and qualitatively in order to stimulate the sales process;
• To generate awareness and reinforce the commercial effectiveness through positioning of our products in collaboration with & on demand of the Sales Representatives;
• To initiate technical and educational trainings, presentations and in-services, according to the marketing plan and sales opportunities;
• To organize and/or participate in round tables, conferences, congresses with the support of the sales & marketing assistants and/or Aesculap Academy (e.g. speakers, invitations, reporting & feedback);

 Business Support                                                                                                        

• To act as an internal consultant to sales & marketing teams on designing and improving new/existing training and educational materials, evaluation forms after testing and product and customer utilization needs;
• To follow up on patient sampling;
• To provide content for Expert and KOL meetings;
• To develop information channels & sources within the hospital & industry environment;
• Where relevant, training for (home) care nurses and nurse teachers to ensure involvement in an early stage of nurse education;
• To maintain close contact with BNL Associations of nurses to build B. Braun's brands.

Expertise
 

• To ensure the availability, accessibility and clinical quality of relevant practical training material/tools in order to guarantee a consistent and qualitative information to the internal and external customer;
• To support (inter)national studies and research;
• To manage patient database in line with the law and regulations;
• First point of contact for direct patient questions and support.
• To act diligently and according to compliance guidelines by receiving, documenting & prompt forwarding of complaints/ADRs (Adversed Drug reactions)

Edcuation/Professional experience

• Bachelor degree (nurse is a must
• 3 to 5 years experience as a nurse in healthcare sector.

Necassery skills/attitude

• Service minded;
• Self-driven and independent;
• Strong presentation & persuasive communication skills;
• Excellent customer relationship skills and problem solving abilities; wiling to exceed customer expectations.

Knowledge

• Professional IT literacy (MS office);
• Familiar with patient pathways and pathology;
• Knowledge of medical devices and services;
• Excellent written and spoken Dutch, French (where applicable) and English skills.

Working environment
