Mission of the job

The Technical Services & Repair Center (TS&RC) Manager Technics is responsible for the continuity of qualitative maintenance and repair services on medical devices and software. He provides technical expertise to sales and marketing teams in order to gain and enhance customer satisfaction both internally and externally. He also contributes to the positioning of B. Braun Medical as a professional, value-adding, trusthworthy partner, anticipating and responding to customer needs.

Technical expertise
  • To supervise continuity & efficiency in preventive and corrective maintenance
  • To ensure proactively partnership at client side together with Sales and Marketing teams
  • To enable new services together with Sales and Marketing
Operational excellence
  • Responsible for daily operations and workflow and follow up of complex cases
  • To ensure KPI's are set and met
  • To refine continuously delivered services
  • To report to BS Director on TS activities, actions and issues on a regular, structured base
  • To ensure technical aspects of contracts are met 
Leadership
  • To support and guide the team ensuring top quality performance on team level as well as individual level
  • To define individual development plans, secure necessary resources a competences in order to reach TS goals
  • To engage procactively in the core lead teams TS, defining & maintaining the TS & RC roadmap

 

Required Profile

Required Profile

Education/ Professional experience:
  • Technical degree in electronics
  • Minimum 5 years of technical experience on medical devices as well as project management in Healthcare

  • Genuine interest in medical sector
  • Well acquainted with procedures in hospitals in general and operating theatres in particular
